Terms of use
These terms apply to TaT Connect, provided by TAT Integrated Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. ("TaT Services"). By signing in or using the apps or the operations console, you agree to them. A company's use of TaT Connect is also governed by its own agreement with TaT Services; where they differ, that agreement prevails.
Access
Accounts are created by your employer, transport vendor or TaT Services. Keep your sign-in codes, App PIN and Helpdesk code private, and do not share your account. Tell your transport desk straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Acceptable use
- Use TaT Connect only for its intended transport purpose.
- Give accurate information and record trip actions truthfully.
- Do not try to access data you are not permitted to see, disrupt the service, or copy or reverse-engineer it.
- Do not share your Travel PIN with anyone other than your assigned driver at boarding.
The service
We work to keep TaT Connect available and accurate, but it may sometimes be interrupted, for example during maintenance or network problems. The apps support transport operations; they do not replace your judgement, safety rules or emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
Content and ownership
TaT Connect, its software and its branding belong to TaT Services. Trip data belongs to the company it was recorded for, subject to its agreement with us and applicable law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, TaT Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of TaT Connect. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension
We or your employer may suspend or remove access that breaks these terms or when your role ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
